1. Overview and Acceptance
Welcome to PrintKaro. By accessing our platform, website, desktop print agent, or self-serve customer upload portal, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
PrintKaro provides software-as-a-service (SaaS) connecting print kiosk counters with customers for automated document and photo printing.
2. Agent / Shop Owner Responsibilities
- Hardware & Consumables: Shop owners are solely responsible for keeping their counter PC running, internet connected, and printers stocked with paper and toner/ink.
- Authorized Operations: Agents agree to operate in accordance with applicable local laws and ensure that physical copies spooled through their equipment are delivered promptly to the customer.
- Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your Agent Secret Token. Any activity initiated using your secret key will be deemed authorized by you.
3. Customer Usage & Prohibited Content
Customers using the self-serve upload portal agree not to upload or print any content that:
- Infringes upon third-party copyrights, trademarks, or proprietary rights.
- Constitutes counterfeit currency, forged official stamps, or fraudulent government identification.
- Violates Indian laws, promotes violence, hate speech, defamation, or illegal acts.
PrintKaro and its partner agents reserve the right to refuse service or report prohibited material to appropriate authorities.
4. Subscription Billing, Renewals & No-Refund Policy
- Strict No-Refund Terms: All payments made to PrintKaro—including recurring subscriptions, plan upgrades, and customer print fees—are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
- Pricing & Cycles: Subscription plans are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis via Razorpay.
- Plan Upgrades: Upgrades take effect immediately upon payment confirmation.
- Cancellation: You may cancel recurring billing at any time from your Plan & Billing dashboard before your next renewal date to prevent future recurring charges. No partial, pro-rata, or full refunds are granted for the current active billing cycle.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PrintKaro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from mechanical printer failure, local power disruptions, or network outages at the counter.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gujarat, India.
