Platform Disclaimer

1. Nature of Service

PrintKaro operates strictly as a cloud-based software intermediary facilitating automated print spooling between customer mobile devices and counter PC hardware. We do not manufacture, sell, or physically maintain the printing equipment used at partner retail outlets.

2. Print Output & Hardware Quality

While our software engine optimizes resolution and color-space reproduction, final print quality is directly dependent on:

• The resolution and quality of files provided by the customer.
• The physical printer model, driver compatibility, toner/ink freshness, and paper stock supplied by the local shop operator.

PrintKaro does not warrant that physical prints will meet artistic or non-commercial specialized standards beyond standard commercial xerography.

3. Customer Upload Responsibility

Customers bear sole legal responsibility for the documents, certificates, photographs, and media they upload. PrintKaro does not pre-screen or moderate ephemeral document buffers. Users indemnify and hold harmless PrintKaro from any claims arising out of copyrighted, confidential, or legally restricted materials printed through the platform.

4. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% cloud uptime. However, service may be occasionally interrupted for scheduled maintenance, telecommunications outages, or third-party cloud infrastructure delays. We are not liable for business losses or missed customer deadlines resulting from temporary service unavailability.
